  1. 10 hours. Each hour you go 2 km. You need to go 10 times that (2X10=20) to make 20 km. So 10 X 1 hour is 10 hours

  3. It will take 10 hours. Its really simple you are traveling at 2 km / hr. that means for every hour you ride your bike you go 2 km. So you go 2 km every hour and you need to go 20km so you need to ride for 10 hours. To put it in mathmatical terms it is D = R x T or Distance = Rate x Time. We know what the distance is (20 km) and we know what the rate is (2km/hr) all we need to know is time

    20 = 2 x T
    20/2 = T
    10 = T
